Where is the Rooftop Film Club?
On the rooftop of:

The Roof Gardens: 99 Kensington High Street, London W8 5SA (Access to the building is via Derry Street which branches off Kensington High Street).
Netil House: 1 Westgate Street, London E8 3RL.
What public transport is there?
For Queen of Hoxton we are close to both Liverpool Street, Old Street, and Shoreditch High Street Stations.
For Bussey Building we are 2 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Rail Station.
For The Roof Gardens we are 2 minutes walk from High Street Kensington (District/Circle Line).
For Netil House we are 2 minutes walk from London Fields Railway Station.
Where can I park?
For Queen of Hoxton there is meter parking on Curtain Road but please be aware this is very limited.
For The Roof Gardens there are two car parks near: NCP car park (19 – 27 Young Street W8 5EH) and Euro Car Parks (2-24 Kensington High Street W8 4PT).
Netil House has on site parking but please be aware that spaces are limited. There is also parking on local streets after 6.30pm.
When does the Rooftop Film Club Screen?
Bussey Building: Five nights a week throughout the summer, from Tuesday 4th June to Monday 30th September 2013.
Queen of Hoxton: Five nights a week throughout the summer, from Wednesday 1st May to Monday 30th September 2013.

What time does Rooftop Film Club open?
The Bussey Building roof space is open from 5.30pm so please join us to enjoy the lovely food, drink and the magnificent panoramic views of London. The box office opens at 8pm and your screening will start around 9pm.
At the Queen of Hoxton the box office opens at 8.15pm and your screening will start around 9pm, with all the seating being set up 15 minutes prior to this. The roof space itself is open all day so we, of course, encourage you to arrive early, make yourself at home, and enjoy the lovely food, drink and views.
For The Roof Gardens please give your name at the reception area on arrival. Doors open an hour before your screening starts. Please check your ticket for exact opening and screening times. We suggest arriving early so that you give yourself plenty of time to enjoy your food and wander around the gardens before the film starts.
Open times vary for Netil House so please check your ticket for further details.
What time does the film start?
All films start at sunset.
Will there be an intermission?
Why stop a good thing ?!!. Drinks and refreshments are on sale throughout the film.
Are the rooftop spaces open before hand?
Yes indeed, the indiviudal rooftop spaces are open beforehand.
Bussey Building (Peckham) is open from 5.30pm on the night of screenings.

All venues serve fabulous food and drinks so you are very welcome to join us any time before the screening commences to eat, drink and relax before you experience the Rooftop Film Club.
What time does the Rooftop close?
For the Queen of Hoxton, Bussey Building and Netil House you will have to leave the Rooftop space after the screening finishes (times may vary).
The Roof Gardens are open until late on nights of screenings. Please check their individual website (www.roofgardens.virgin.com) for exact closing times.
What should I wear?
We all know London can get a bit chilly at night, so bring yourself a jumper and blanket just in case. Think of us like a mini festival so keep this in mind when getting ready - please check the forecast in advance and come dressed accordingly.
Can you BYO food or drink?
No, but you'll be pleased to know that all our venues serve fresh food and all manner of drinks. For The Roof Gardens your ticket price includes a snack of burger or hot dog (a vegetarian option is also available) freshly prepared and grilled on the outdoor coal fired barbecue.
Is seating supplied or do you have to bring your own?
Lots of comfy chairs are available for your use. All we ask it that you sit in them, relax and enjoy the film! Oh…and please don't spill your ice cream!
Please note that for any Netil House screenings there is only limited seating as these are concert style screenings and we encourage you to dance and sing along.
Is seating numbered?
Seating is not numbered, it works on a first come, first served basis.
What is included in your ticket price?
A ticket entitles the holder to the full Rooftop Film Club/Experience Cinema production which includes early entry to the venue, access to the bar and certified food vendors as well as entertainment throughout the evening (venue/experience varies see website for full details) which can include DJs, bands, games, dance lessons, sing-a-longs and wireless headphones for the film. Tickets solely for the film are available on request.
Can I smoke?
Not a problem, but please consider those around you and smoke away from the screening area. And if you chuck your cigarette butts off the roof you will be punished! Kung Fu style!
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself, your jacket, and a desire to have fun!
What happens if it rains?
The Rooftop Film Club is an all weather event and like the majority of London outdoor venues, we screen come rain or shine. Hopefully, this will not affect the most of you and just in case you get caught by surprise, waterproof poncho's will be available to protect you from any potential rain drops.
Remember to bring warm clothing and a blanket if you wish, as it can get cold towards the end of the screening. Only in the case of extreme weather, such as dangerously high winds, will the screening be cancelled. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds. You can, however, reallocate your tickets to someone else.
The only exception in regards to weather is The Roof Gardens, Kensginton as you are seated under a giant umbrella.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. You can, however, reallocate your tickets to someone else if you can no longer attend a screening you have bought tickets for.
Where do I book tickets?
Please note: we issue electronic tickets – you will not receive tickets in the post. Please click on our 'Click here to buy tickets' option to click through to our online box office, which is managed by We Got Tickets or you can book through Time Out on www.timeout.com/rooftopfilmclub. If you are having any trouble buying tickets, please consult their FAQs page. Tickets must be bought online prior to the event and our events have limited capacities. In some cases, we may have returns available on the door, but this is by no means the case at every screening.

Ticketing: Rooftop Film Club only seats 100 people, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Seats are not numbered, it works on a first come first served basis.
Bookings: Tickets can be purchased pre the screening from: www.wegottickets.com/rooftopfilmclub and www.timeout.com/rooftopfilmclub. Tickets can also be purchased on the day from the Rooftop Box Office if the screening is not sold out (Open 8.15pm to 9.15pm on nights of screenings). If sold out, In some cases, we may have returns available on the door. These can be purchased from the box office just before the screening starts.
Ticket Price: Adults £12 + booking fee (Queen of Hoxton, Bussey Building and Netil House)

Terms & Conditions: The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to Rooftop Film Club. This includes bookings online through www.wegottickets.com, on the day bookings, and at selected venues:
Tickets sold by Rooftop Film Club are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Tickets attract a booking fee of 10% when booked with wegottickets.com.
Entry to Rooftop Film Club is on presentation a booking reference code from wegottickets.com. This reference code will be sent via email upon purchase. You can bring your print out or just your booking reference code to the Rooftop Box Office.
NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Rooftop Film Club does not provide refunds for inadvertently booking the wrong session.
If a film is cancelled or terminated by Rooftop Film Club due to extreme weather conditions, such as dangerously high winds, patrons will be able to reschedule to another date for their event or another Rooftop Film Club screening at a later date.
Customers who purchased tickets at the door will need to present their ticket receipt issued at the transaction to obtain a special Rooftop Film Club voucher that can be used at any other Rooftop Film Club event.
Cancellation is at the discretion of Rooftop Film Club Management and can be made prior to or during a screening.
In the event that a session is cancelled by Rooftop Film Club, the front page of this website will advise of the cancellation by 6.00pm (where possible - inclement weather may cause the movie to be cancelled after 6.00pm).
If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to decision by the host venue or any other occurrence outside the Rooftop Film Club direct control, all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to a mechanical breakdown all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.
Rooftop Film Club reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute film titles and to vary advertised prices, seating arrangements or audience capacity without notice.
Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable time during the film.
Conditions of Entry to the Rooftop Film Club:
Rooftop Film Club reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue.
This is an 18 years and over event.
The Rooftop Film Club is a fully licensed and catered event. There is strictly no glass, no BYO drinks and no BYO food policy on the grounds.
Upon purchasing a ticket to Rooftop Film Club the purchaser agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of the Liquor Licence that applies to the Queen of Hoxton site.
The Rooftop Film Club is an all weather event. Bring warm clothes, a blanket and some rain protection.
Rooftop Film Club does not guarantee entry to persons who have been booked for a specific session, including complimentary tickets.
Persons holding complimentary tickets may enter subject to availability. Reservations are highly recommended. Conditions of entry apply.
Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of Rooftop Film Club staff.
Patrons must remain within Rooftop Film Club's permitted areas only.
Rooftop Film Club reserves the right to eject any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons; such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
