Where is the Top Gun Weekender?
The screenings will take place in the historic Geffrye Museum. For a google map, please click our 'Location' tab above
When do the screenings take place?
Top Gun weekender will take place on the 13th and 14th May, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Maverick and Goose!
What time does the film start?
Top Gun will start at 8.45pm on both Friday and Saturday evening.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket gives you access to the Grade 1 listed building and gardens to celebrate the 30 years since Top Gun's creation. Your evening will be set to the iconic soundtrack and other '80s favourites as we encourage you to don your best aviators, bring your best wingman/woman and spend an evening under the stars watching a film that will never get old.
Can you bring your own food and drink?
Guests are not permitted onto the premises with their own food and drink, however there's plenty of incredible street food to try out, as well as plenty of incredible themed cocktails and drinks.
What should I wear?
Guests can wear whatever they fancy, but, this is Top Gun. Aviators? Bomber jackets? Military boots? Oh go on then!
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. You can, however, reallocate your tickets to someone else if you can no longer attend a screening you have bought tickets for.
What time does the venue open?
The doors for the Geffrye Museum open at 5.30pm, so feel free to join us early for great food and drinks!
Is there seating?
This event is non-seating, however we encourage guests to bring along their own cushions and blankets to use for the duration of the film.
What happens if it rains?
This is an all weather event, however should we be unfortunate with the rain we'll have ponchos on hand! The show must go on!
