  • Where is the Drive In Film Club?

  • Where do I park up to watch the movie?

    Once you have checked in at the box office, a member of our staff will direct you to your car park space on a first come first served basis.
  • When does Drive In Film Club screen?

    We screen throughout the week. Please check Drive In program for times and dates.
  • What happens if it rains?

    The Drive In Film Club is an all weather event. Hopefully, this will not affect the most of you and just in case you get caught by surprise we suggest using those trusty windscreen wipers! Only in the case of extreme weather, such as dangerously high winds, will the screening be cancelled. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds. Your screening will automatically be transferred to a new date.
  • Is the 22 ticket price per person or per car?

    The ticket price stated is per car regardless of occupancy.
  • What if I have a 4x4 or truck?

    If you plan to attend the event with a 4x4, or larger vehicle, please be aware that you will be asked to park in a specific area to ensure that all vehicles can see the film.
  • How do I tune in?

    On arrival you will be given a unique FM freqeuncy to tune your car radio into. We have radios on hand for anyone in need!
  • What time does the Drive In Film Club open?

    The space opens an hour and a half before the film starts. Please check your ticket for exact opening and screening times.
  • What is included in your ticket price?

    A ticket entitles the holder to the full Drive In Film Club production which includes early entry to the venue, access to food and drink as well as entertainment throughout the evening (venue specific/experience varies see website for full details) which can include DJs, bands, games, dance lessons, sing-a-longs and wireless headphones for the film. Tickets solely for the film are available on request.
  • What time does the film start?

    Check individual program listings for start times.

  • Will there be an intermission?

    Why stop a good thing ?!!. Drinks and refreshments are on sale throughout the film.
  • What time does Drive In Film Club close?

    You must exit the premises after the film has finished.
  • Can you BYO food or drink?

    No, but you'll be pleased to know that we serve fresh food and all manner of drinks.
  • Can I smoke?


    At Drive In Film Club , your car is your kingdom so please feel free to smoke in your vehicle but please consider those around you and smoke away from the screening area.
  • Do I need to bring anything?

    Just yourself and a desire to have fun!
  • Are there cash machines available on site?

    No, unfortunately we are unable to offer card facilities or cash back onsite so please remember to get cash out before you arrive to purchase food and drink.
  • Can I get a refund?

    Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on ticket purchases. You can, however, reallocate your tickets to someone else if you can no longer attend a screening you have bought tickets for.
  • Where do I book tickets?

    Please note: we issue electronic tickets you will not receive tickets in the post. Please click on our 'Buy Tickets' option to click through to our online box office, managed by Eventbrite or you can book through Time Out on www.timeout.com/driveinfilmclub. If you are having any trouble buying tickets, please consult their FAQs page. Tickets must be bought online prior to the event and our events have limited capacities. In some cases, we may have returns available on the door, but this is by no means the case at every screening.

    Ticketing:
    The Drive In Film Club only holds 100 cars, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Spaces are not numbered and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

    Bookings:
    Tickets can be purchased before the screening from ticketscript.com.

    Tickets can also be purchased on the day from the Drive In Box Office if the screening is not sold out (Open one hour and a half before screenings). If sold out, In some cases, we may have returns available on the door, but this is by no means the case at every screening. Drive In Film Club Tickets can be purchased pre the screening from: www.eventbrite.com

    Terms & Conditions:
    The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to Experience Cinema. This includes bookings online through www.ticketscript.com, on the day bookings, and at selected venues:

    Tickets sold by Experience Cinema are subject to the following terms and conditions:

    Tickets attract a booking fee of 10% when booked with www.ticketscript.com.

    Entry to Experience Cinema is on presentation of a booking reference barcode from www.eventbrite.com. This barcode will be sent via email upon purchase. Print out your barcode ticket and bring it along to the Experience Cinema Box Office.



    NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES.

    All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. Experience Cinema does not provide refunds for inadvertently booking the wrong film.

    Cancellation is at the discretion of Experience Cinema Management and can be made prior to or during a screening.

    In the event that a session is cancelled by Experience Cinema, our ticketing agents and social media channels will advise of the cancellation by 6.00pm.

    If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to decision by the host venue or any other occurrence outside Experience Cinema's direct control, all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.

    If a screening is cancelled or terminated due to a mechanical breakdown all patrons will receive a refund to the credit card that the ticket was purchased with.

    Experience Cinema reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute film titles and to vary advertised prices, seating arrangements or audience capacity without notice.

    Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable time during the film.

    Conditions of Entry to Experience Cinema:

    Experience Cinema reserves the right to refuse entry to the venue.

    Experience Cinema is a fully licensed and catered event. Guests are not permitted to bring their own food and drink on site.

    Experience Cinema does not guarantee entry to persons who have been booked for a specific session, including complimentary tickets.

    Persons holding complimentary tickets may enter subject to availability. Reservations are highly recommended. Conditions of entry apply.

    Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of Experience Cinema staff.

    Patrons must remain within Experience Cinema's permitted areas only.

    Experience Cinema reserves the right to eject any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons; such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.

    All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
